FLAP, BOWTHRUSTER and other COMMAND
There is no reason to think to "F1" racing, but ....
 
Try to imagine you want:

 move the flaps
● Operate the fore and stern bowthruster
● Switch-on and switch-off  the beacon
● Operate the trumpet
● Operate the windscreen wipers

 Without never moving hands away from the rudder wheel !!

As long as you want ……
